My name is Hilary Henley

I pride myself in using only the finest ingredients in each of my homemade cakes, which could be rich fruit, sumptious chocolate, lucious lemon, moist carrot or I could use your own specific recipe for dietry needs.

All decorations are handmade by me to order- flowers and figures are my specialility.

I teach Leisure courses in Cakes Decorating and Sugarcraft at the local College, and am an active member of the Trowbridge branch of the British Sugarcraft Guild.

I have entered and won awards in local, national and international competitions.
